In the Hostal there are two different dining areas: the restaurant Dos Reis, select and sedate, and the restaurant Enxebre, with a more informal ambience, offering traditional Galician cooking. This new restaurant space highlights the exceptional gastronomy of Galicia, a region whose high quality food products have made it especially known for its cuisine. The restaurants offer a fresh, casual presentation, image and content, along with highly competitive prices.

At Enxebre "Do Hostal", you will be able to sample dishes which are an essential part of the region, including "pulpo a feira" (octopus and potatoes dressed with olive oil and paprika), our house empanada (savory pie), a selection of Galician cheeses, grilled or baked scallops, and more.

You will discover the essence of Galicia through its cuisine and have a truly unique and authentic "Enxebre Experience."

The Parador de Santiago de Compostela pioneered this concept in 1996, with an identity that gives name to and identifies traditional Galician cuisine as Á Boa Cociña Galega.
